ICP2022 is a fully virtual conference hosted through Cisco Webex ZOOM online platform. Instructions on joining the online conference sessions will be updated later.

In order to ensure an enjoyable and fruitful experience to all, speakers and participants need to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Time allocation

Notes

  • The stated presentation time includes preparation. All presenters should be present in the online room prior to the scheduled slot and complete their presentation within the allocated time.
  • Each presentation will be followed by 5 minutes Q&A session
  • Oral presenters can find their assigned presentation time by searching the paper ID on the conference program (will be available in July 2022).
  • All presentations are scheduled based on Malaysia time (UTC/GMT+8, Kuala Lumpur).
  • Electronic presentation certificate would be issued via e-mail after the conference only to presenters present during their session.

2. Pre-recorded Video Presentation

While all presentations are expected to be given live, it is compulsory for presenters to submit a pre-recorded video presentation. In the event of any network connection issues, the pre-recorded presentation will be played in lieu of the live presentation.

The pre-recorded video presentation should be submitted based on the following guidelines: 

The pre-recorded presentation must be submitted through EDAs and the deadline is on July 15th, 2022.

3. Important Notice

Due to the nature of an online conference, all video presentations will be available to all participants.

Please ensure that your presentation excludes any preliminary/sensitive data that you are not comfortable sharing online.
