The IEEE Photonics Society Malaysia Chapter (MyIPS) focuses on technical and professional development of our members in the area of Photonics. Our parent organisations are IEEE Malaysia Section and IEEE Photonics Society. MyIPS organizes the IEEE International Conference on Photonics (ICP) bi-annually to offer a platform where experts in photonics from all over the world were invited to present their latest research in their institution. MyIPS also focus on membership development for promoting photonics field in Malaysia, e.g., Photonics Lecture Series (PLS) for introducing young local expert who recently acquired their PhD to the photonics community.
